Inner beauty more important than visual appearances

I know this is already on the Women's Bible study page, but I'm also putting it on the main page because even though it's main target is women, I want EVERYONE to know that a woman with inner beauty is more valuable and important than a woman of visual beauty (not that a woman can't be spiritual and beautiful). I have a feeling most men wouldn't click on the link going to the Women's Bible Study page.
Men, try to look past outer appearances and find a woman with a sweet spirit.
Women, know that what is on the inside is more important than external appearance. I'm not telling you that you should let everything go because it is not important because it is, just not as important. God doesn't care if you get on the cover of a top fashion magazine or are on a CoverGirl commercial, what he does care about is that you keep yourself in the center of his will for your life.
Well, that is as far as I can go on dating advice because I have to admit that I haven't really gone on any dates.

Worship

There are many ways to worship God: prayer, listening to Christian music, reading the bible, etc. I've been having difficulty with my Bible study, so I decided to use the Bible Word-Find that I got from Dollar Tree and just read the verses it has in it and look them up in my bible. My grandma gave me a new one (unlike the one I have that has the words of the verse written out and the words to find capitalized, the new one has just words in alphabetical order with the reference at the top, so I'll really have to read the Bible to make sense of it all) . I know I need to do more  bible study, but for now this blog and the word search is helping me get in the word of God more; you have to crawl before you can walk.

D.O.G. :Depend on God

Left :I found this interesting while I was looking for the Christian acronym for D.O.G. (Depend on God--shown below).

Grace

Jesus died for your sins so that you wouldn't have to. The topic of Grace was the theme for Iowa District Nazarene Kid's Camp this year.

"Grace is not an achievement to bring us fame; grace is a gift to be shared."

FROG

I had some rough times in high school that caused me to be hospitalized for observation. Someone at the hospital brought this acronym to my attention, and I really like it. God is the great healer, and when we rely on him he will protect and heal us.

sIn

sIn: Have you ever seen sin written that way? I found this interesting way to write sin at church camp. I was a counselor this year, and one of the illustrations was to write sin in the dirt with the I bigger than the s and n. The big I stands for selfishness; sin is doing what you want instead of what God wants. Jesus died to save us from sIn. When we sin we need to repent and ask God to help us turn our back and run away from our sin and don't do it again. Let's pray for each other and support each other in our Christian walk with the Lord!!

"Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee; In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk." Acts 3:6 (King James Version---KJV)

I hope that I can share a little bit of Jesus with you. Like Peter I don't have any riches beyond measure; I'm just a regular 20 year old young lady. I'm from the Church of the Nazarene, but denomination doesn't really matter as long as we follow Jesus Christ and him only do we serve. I want to try to share scriptures on here and try to make a page for prayer requests (including unspoken....God knows all the needs before we even speak them, but he loves to hear his children ask him for healing, wisdom, etc.), so I can pray for you.

The whole reason I started this blog was so that I could chat with people from all over that share the passion for Jesus Christ! I struggle with my devotionals among other things, so I also thought that this would help me to post often, since it is my blog.
I'm not a preacher, and that is not my aim to preach at anyone! My goal is that nobody will be lost and that we will take this journey together.
Please feel free to leave a comment for me; I'm looking forward to your friendship!
Sincerely,
Clareece
